Shipping costs
Standard shipping: €7.50 excl. VAT (€9.08 incl. 21% VAT) for orders under €300 (incl. VAT). Free from €300.
Express shipping (Netherlands, Belgium and Germany): €15.00 excl. VAT per order. That is €18.15 incl. 21% VAT for the Netherlands and Belgium and €17.85 incl. 19% VAT for Germany. You can select this option at checkout.
Switzerland: €15.00 per order, free from €350.
Delivery times
If you order on a working day before 11:00 am, we will usually process your order the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 am, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

These are average delivery times from the moment you place your order. During busy periods, it may take slightly longer.
Track your shipment
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link. Our packages are usually shipped with GLS, DPD or DHL. If the carrier offers this (which they usually do), the email will also include the delivery time slot and what you can do if you are not home, such as providing an alternative delivery address.
Stock
Everything you can order in the webshop is in stock, unless stated otherwise. Looking for an item that is not available in the webshop? Contact us: we can often deliver it within approximately 10 working days.
Pickup
Total Protex is an online shop without a physical address. Pickup is therefore not possible.
