Not completely satisfied with your order? You can return items within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. We have extended the statutory 14-day cooling-off period to 30 days, for both private and business customers.

How do I return an order?

• Register your return via our returns portal, with your order number at hand
• Return the item unused, in its original packaging and with the labels attached
• Send your parcel to the return address you receive in the returns portal
• Once we have received and checked it, you will get the purchase amount back within 14 days via your original payment method

Printed or personalised items cannot be returned.
