The DX4 Evolution Softshell is made from Portwest RipShell™ Eco, a three-layer ripstop fabric that is not only waterproof and windproof, but also breathable. The breathable rating of 5,000 g/m²/24hr ensures that water vapour can escape from the inside, keeping you comfortable during physical labour. Furthermore, the fabric has been tested to more than 50,000 Martindale abrasion tests, demonstrating the durability and wear resistance of the material, even with intensive use.
The ergonomic, close-fitting cut and pre-shaped sleeves ensure optimal freedom of movement when reaching and bending. Cuffs with Velcro fastenings, an adjustable hem and a high collar keep wind and cold out. Three zippered pockets, including chest pockets, provide secure storage for a phone, tools and valuables.
