A different sole changes the space under the toe cap, the antistatic chain and the fit, and is only allowed if the manufacturer permits it. If you need orthopedic insoles, choose a model explicitly approved for that or ask us for advice.

How do I maintain leather work shoes?

Brush off mud once it's dry, clean the leather with a damp cloth and grease or impregnate it regularly. Never dry wet shoes by a heater: the leather hardens and cracks. Alternating between two pairs gives the shoes time to dry completely and almost doubles their lifespan.
