Shipping costs
For orders under €300, we charge €7.50 in shipping costs (all amounts excl. VAT).

Track your shipment
Packages are easy to track via the customer portal and the link you received by email.

After you have placed your order, you will receive a track & trace email the working day before shipment, so you can follow the package while it is on its way.

Not at home
If GLS or DPD offers this option (which they usually do), the email will also contain information about the delivery time window and the options available if you are not at home, such as an alternative delivery option.

All our products are in stock, unless expressly stated otherwise.

We ship directly from our central warehouse; the delivery time is approximately 4-5 working days.

Pick-up

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up orders from us in person.

Haven't received any emails?

We always send an order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and invoice. If you have not received these, they are likely in your junk/spam folder.

Express delivery

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer this.
