How do I place an order?

Ordering from us is easy and follows three simple steps!

Choose the desired product in the right size, color, and quantity. Add the product(s) to your shopping cart.
Step 2:
Go to the checkout and finalize your order in the top right corner.
Step 3:
Enter your personal details and choose your preferred shipping and payment method. Do you already have an account with us? Then you can log in directly and complete your order faster.

Can I change or cancel an order I have placed?

Certainly! As long as we have not yet shipped your order, you can always change or cancel it. To change or cancel an order, please contact our customer service. The fastest way to do this is by phone at +31(0)40-2693355, so we can process the change/cancellation immediately. Of course, you can also send us a message, and we will respond as soon as possible.

How do I know if my order has been received correctly?

You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as your order has been successfully processed. Have you not received a confirmation email? Please contact our customer service.

Can I also order as a private individual?

Yes, absolutely! We supply both businesses and private individuals.
