Not completely satisfied with your order? As a consumer, you have the right of withdrawal, which allows you to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

How do you return an order?

• Notify us of your return via info@totalprotex.nl, stating your order number
• Return the item unused, in its original packaging, and with labels attached
• Send your package to the return address provided by us
• Once we have received and checked it, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount via your original payment method

Have you ordered fitting sizes to determine the correct measurements? You can return these in the same way — please see our page on requesting fitting sizes.
