The shoe offers excellent protection in dry conditions where there is a risk of slipping or toe impact. Due to its comfortable fit, the shoe is perfect for employees who cover many kilometers on foot throughout their workday.
What do the S1 PS and LG standards mean for this Portwest safety shoe?
The S1 PS standard indicates that this shoe is equipped with a protective safety toe cap resistant to an impact of 200 joules, combined with a puncture-resistant sole that prevents penetration by sharp objects. The addition of LG stands for ladder grip, which provides extra tread stability on rungs.
Furthermore, the SR certification guarantees excellent slip resistance on ceramic tiles with glycerin. The sole is also resistant to hydrocarbons and provides effective shock absorption in the heel to relieve stress on your joints.
